Performance

This page helps you get steady speed from your device without overheating it. Power settings describe relative effort, not an exact reading of GPU usage.

Power levels

• 40% — quiet and cool, good for laptops and long sessions
• 75% — balanced speed and temperature
• 100% — maximum speed, best on desktops with good cooling

Throughput

The hashrate on the desk is the number of nonces checked per second. It rises with a stronger engine and power level, and drops if the browser tab is hidden or the device slows itself down.

Engine tips

Use WebGPU when available — it is usually many times faster than CPU. Keep the mining tab in front, close heavy tabs, and keep your browser up to date.

Battery and heat

Plug in before long sessions. If the device gets hot or the fans get loud, lower the power level or pause. Speed does not change your reward per proof, only how quickly you find one.
